Summary
Joseph Strobele has been working in Downtown Seattle to assemble land since 1998. In late 2013 he located an off market opportunity on a premium site comprising the three lots in the prestigious Pike Place Market area in Downtown Seattle. Joseph targeted this site for its location at a nexus between three of Seattle’s most popular neighborhoods Downtown Seattle, South Lake Union, and the waterfront and its unique view from Western Avenue which gives the project territorial and spectacular Puget Sound views from the upper floors. During the time period from 2014-2015 Joe performed the pre-development activities and raised the financing for the project to move forward. In September of 2015 Crystal Peaks through a joint venture with its investors closed the land. Crystal Peaks accepted an offer to purchase it’s interest at a substantial profit prior to the project starting construction.
